3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or over. Keep your login secure and don't share your account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated or scripted requests, scraping, reselling, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass limits or security.

5. Plans

• Free: 3 analyses per calendar month.
• Pro: $19.99 per month — 100 analyses per calendar month, all lessons, chart alerts and daily reports.
• Max: $49.99 per month or $499.99 per year — 1,000 analyses per calendar month included; after that, 1 analysis every 10 minutes, up to 20 per day, until the next month. You are never charged extra for usage.

Unused analyses don't carry over. Prices are shown at checkout including any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country.

6. Payment and merchant of record

Purchases are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and reseller: it charges you, issues your receipt and handles tax. Its checkout terms also apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We (or the merchant of record) will email you before each renewal, and before an annual renewal at least 7 days in advance.

7. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time on the Subscription page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and won't be charged again.
• 14-day cancellation right (UK and EU consumers). You may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase. Because you ask us to start the service immediately, if you cancel within those 14 days we will refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the period you had access. For lesson content delivered to you, you agree that your right to cancel ends once access starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regs. 36–37).
• Annual Max plan: the same 14-day right applies at the start and again after each annual renewal.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

8. Service changes and availability

We may improve or change features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, you can cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period. If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may ask for a pro-rata credit or refund.

9. Intellectual property

The service, lessons and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You keep the rights to images you upload and give us permission to process them only to provide the service.

10. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for losses that were not foreseeable. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. You can delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you at least 30 days before material changes. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and if you live in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
